OnPoint brings schedule review records into one register. In this lesson, you'll find a review and read its key labels. The example already contains a recommendation. We are inspecting the record, not submitting or approving a review.

0:16 / Use the table to compare records.

Scroll to the OnPoint Register and select Table. Each row gives you a project, review type, scheduler, status, record status, and recommendation. The columns help you compare records without opening them one at a time.

Type Harbor Renewal into Search submitted reports. Two records appear in this example. Check the row identifier and review type so you know which record you are discussing. We'll focus on review eight.

0:44 / Separate the status from the recommendation.

Review eight is marked At Risk, its record is In progress, and its recommendation is Revise and Resubmit. These labels answer different questions. An open record and a completed recommendation can appear together; read both columns.

1:00 / Make the follow-up specific.

A useful follow up names the project, the review identifier, and the recommendation. Ask the responsible reviewer what needs revision and when the next update is expected. Use your organization's review process to decide who acts next.

Now find a review in your workspace. State its review type, record status, and recommendation in plain language. If you cannot see a record or action, check your project access with your administrator.
