Start with the right reference
Identify the project, reporting period, baseline and submitted update. Keep supporting narratives and correspondence with the review context. Confirm that the selected files represent the versions the team intends to assess.
Investigate the movement
Use activity detail and the schedule view to investigate changes in dates, progress and logic. Turn a concern into a specific review question that refers to the affected activity and the relevant supporting record.
Keep the response with the finding
Record the review disposition, responsible party and required follow-up. Retain the supporting response so the next reviewer can understand how the question was resolved. Acceptance remains with the authorized reviewer.
