0:00 / Start with one useful question.
Welcome to Kairos One. In this lesson, you'll find your way around the overview and locate one project. We are using fictional demonstration records, so you can focus on learning the screen.
0:13 / Check the context first.
Start with the overview. Check the portfolio or program selection, the agency filter, and the reporting period. These give you the context for the numbers. Your available pages and projects depend on your access.
0:27 / Read the headline numbers.
The headline cards summarize delivery. Here, twenty four projects include four delayed projects. Use those numbers to choose what to inspect next. Contract value describes the contracts in view; it is not a measure of money already spent.
0:44 / Find the project you need.
Scroll to the register and type Harbor Renewal in the search field. Read across the matching row. The project name, agency, status, and schedule variance put the project in context before you start a deeper review.
0:58 / Clear the search to widen the view.
When you're finished, clear the search to bring the other project rows back. Treat the register search as a way to find rows. Check the overview filters separately when you need a different management view.
1:11 / Context. Headline. Project.
Now try it yourself. Check your scope and reporting period, find one project, and explain its status in a sentence. That is a useful first visit. Next, we'll look at the analytics behind the overview.
