How to use it
Define the shortfall
Identify the affected milestone, current forecast and credible driving path. Confirm that proposed measures address the work actually controlling completion.
Test the recovery measures
Describe resequencing, additional capacity or changed work methods with their resource and interface assumptions. Check safety, quality, procurement and calendar feasibility.
Monitor against evidence
Set measurable weekly commitments and escalation triggers. Review actual production against the plan and retain approval references for any adopted schedule changes.

A measurable second workfront
Illustrative example: a second cable-pulling crew is proposed for an independent area after access is confirmed. The plan records crew availability, installation quantities, testing dependencies and a weekly output target agreed by the team. The forecast gain remains conditional on those assumptions.
