# A full schedule still needs a quality check

## 0:00 — Plenty of dates. Does the plan connect?

Harbor Renewal's August update has every date filled in: thirty six activities, neat rows, nothing blank. It still may not connect.

## 0:09 — A missing link hides in plain sight.

Take the inspection: it can only happen after the marine works are built. If that link is missing, the dates look fine and the plan is wrong. A missing link does not look like anything. Nothing forces inspection to wait for construction, so the plan cannot warn you when the foundations slip.

## 0:28 — What a quality check looks for.

A quality check looks for conditions like that: open ends with no predecessor or successor, durations too long to control, constraints that pin a date regardless of the work.

## 0:40 — Kairos tests every update.

Kairos tests every update. August scores ninety one point seven: eleven of twelve checks pass, and logic fails, with eight percent of incomplete activities missing a link against a target of five. Two of twenty five incomplete activities, counted beside the target.

## 0:59 — Read the finding with the project.

Read each finding beside its target and ask the scheduler about the work behind it. A good score does not certify a plan. The answer either fixes the plan or explains it, and both belong in the review record.

## 1:13 — A useful check starts a better review.

A quality check tells you where to look first, and Kairos tests each update as it arrives, so the list is there before the review starts. Know sooner. Act faster.
